Terms, without the waffle.
Last updated: 11 April 2026These are the ground rules for using Beestocked. We've tried to write them like a human would actually speak. Where the legal language matters, we've kept it; where it doesn't, we haven't. If anything's unclear, email us and we'll explain.
Who you're dealing with
"Beestocked" is a mobile inventory application for tattoo studios and aestheticians, operated by Beeinked Software, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom. In these terms, "we" / "us" means Beeinked Software, "the App" means Beestocked, and "you" means the studio owner or artist using it.
What you're paying for
A subscription to the Beestocked iOS app: stock tracking, job scheduling, supplier orders, calendar sync, expiry alerts, low-stock warnings, and the web companion at stock.beeinked.co. Current pricing lives on the pricing page and is the source of truth.
Subscriptions, billing and cancellation
- Sold through the App Store. Subscriptions are purchased and managed via your Apple ID. Apple handles payment — we never see or store your card details.
- Free trial on first install. New users get a free trial when they first install the App. You won't be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel before it does.
- Auto-renewing. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. This is an Apple App Store rule, not ours.
- Cancel any time. Cancel via your Apple ID → Subscriptions. Your access continues until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
- Refunds. All refund requests go through Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com — we can't issue refunds directly because we never receive your payment.
- Price changes. If we ever change pricing, Apple will notify existing subscribers in line with App Store rules. You can cancel before the new price kicks in.
Your data
You own everything you put into the App — your inventory, jobs, orders, supplier list, the lot. You're giving us permission to store and process it for the purpose of running the App (which is the whole point), and nothing else. We don't sell it, share it with advertisers, or use it to train models.
You can export your data at any time from within the App, and you can delete your account from Settings → Delete account. Account deletion is immediate and permanent — your personal data and business data are removed from our systems. We're not in the business of holding your work hostage.
Multi-user studios
Each artist in a studio gets their own login, but you all share the same studio data — inventory, jobs board, supplier orders. The studio account holder is responsible for who they invite. If someone leaves the studio, remove their access from Settings.
Uptime and support
- 99.9% uptime target. If we fall below it in a given month due to something on our end, get in touch and we'll sort it out.
- Support email: support@beeinked.co. We aim to reply within one working day (Monday to Friday, UK time, excluding bank holidays). Outages and account-access problems get handled faster.
- Updates. We push improvements to the App regularly via the App Store. Some updates may require you to be on a recent iOS version.
The usual caveats apply: planned maintenance (we'll warn you in-app where we can), things outside our control (Apple's services, big internet outages, your network), and acts of actual god don't count against the SLA.
Acceptable use
Beestocked is for legitimate business use by tattoo studios, aestheticians, and similar professionals. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the service. You agree not to:
- Break the law (ours, yours, or anyone else's) using the App
- Upload content that infringes someone else's copyright or trademarks
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or circumvent the App's security
- Use the App to send spam, malware, or phishing content
- Interfere with the infrastructure or other studios' data
- Resell or sublicense access to the App without our written permission
Availability and the App itself
The App is currently iOS only. Android is on the roadmap but not promised by any specific date. We may add, change, or remove features over time as the product evolves — we'll do our best not to remove things you rely on without warning.
Liability
We'll take good care of your data and the service, but we're a small operation and we have to be realistic about what we can be on the hook for. To the extent the law allows:
- Our total liability in any 12-month period is capped at the subscription fees you paid us in that period
- We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses (lost bookings, lost stock, lost profits, reputational damage, that sort of thing)
- The App is provided "as is" — we don't warrant it will be uninterrupted or error-free, though we'll work hard to make it so
- None of this limits liability for things the law doesn't allow us to limit — death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, and so on
Changes to these terms
If we need to update these terms, we'll change the date at the top and notify active subscribers by email or in-app message with a summary of what's different. If you don't like the changes, you can cancel via your Apple ID — that's always an option.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
