No — it's built for tattooists and aestheticians. Anywhere you've got pigments, needles, skincare, or consumables with batches and expiry dates, the app fits. We've kept the categories flexible on purpose.
Fair question. If your spreadsheet is up to date, accurate, and every artist in the studio actually uses it — keep it. Beestocked is for the other 95% of studios: the ones where the sheet exists but nobody trusts it any more.
It's a personal scheduling tool, not a public booking page. Add jobs as they come in (Instagram DMs, walk-ins, whatever), attach the stock you used, and push them to your phone calendar with one tap. If you also use Square, Acuity, or Setmore, Beestocked sits alongside them.

Yes. Every artist in the studio gets their own login and their own device, but you all share the same studio data — the same inventory, the same jobs board, the same supplier orders. Change something on one phone and it's there on everyone else's. Each studio's data is scoped and private; nothing leaks to another shop.
Yes. The mobile app is the main thing, but everything is also available at stock.beeinked.co — useful for monthly accounting exports or working from a laptop at home.
Completely. Your inventory, jobs, and orders are yours — export them anytime. Delete your account from Settings and we forget you within 60 days. No lock-in, no exit fees, no 'premium export' tier.
